1️⃣ A "Vertical City" and 10-Minute City Concept: KAFD is designed as the Kingdom's first "vertical city," spanning 1.6 million square meters with 95 towers. It embodies the concept of a "10-minute city," aiming to redefine urban living by addressing the complexities of urban expansion.

2️⃣ The Grand Mosque: An architectural masterpiece designed by Omrania, the KAFD Grand Mosque is inspired by the desert rose. It features a unique geometric structure built without a single pillar, a column-free prayer hall, and has received international recognition.

3️⃣ Integrated Mobility: KAFD includes a technologically advanced, driverless monorail system with six stations, linking various parts of the district and connecting to the Riyadh Metro, including a direct link to King Khalid International Airport.

4️⃣ Architectural Marvel: Designed by more than 25 world-leading architectural firms, including Foster + Partners, Henning Larsen Architects, Gensler, and Zaha Hadid Architects, KAFD features a diverse range of iconic structures. The PIF Tower, at 385 meters high, is the tallest skyscraper in Riyadh.

5️⃣ Climate-Controlled Skywalks: A unique feature is its network of climate-controlled skywalks, resembling leaf veins, which provide pedestrian connectivity across buildings and form the world's largest shopping center. These steel and glass bridges promote sustainable mobility.

6️⃣ Vision 2030 Cornerstone: KAFD is a cornerstone of Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030, aiming to transform the Kingdom into a leading global business and financial hub. It hosts global companies like Deloitte, Accenture, Pfizer, and ExxonMobil, alongside key Saudi entities
